Actually not so much on the 3-9 thing.

It is comparing their prediction last year to the actual season result. They had us going 3-9 and we went 1-11.

The folks at Scout.com are obviously dyslexic - I'm sure they meant "9-3" for the Mean Green

If we can sneak out two more wins in the schedule somewhere I might start believing in the Dodge experiment.

5-7 equals success.

Sad.

Interesting choice.

It is an interesting choice, but obviously it's going to be a skill position guy since we didn't have an absolutely dominant lineman. Fitz and Stick are gone, so it can't be a WR. I might pick Cam, but I imagine we'll be rotating RBs with a healthy Micah and Lance Dunbar. So, yes, it is interesting that the "best returning offensive player" has never played a snap at that position for NT. But it makes some sense.

I would say that 3-9 is a pretty good prediction for next season. The defense will be better, but it has a long ways to go. Not a lot of folks want to think about it this way, but this year is basically year number one for Dodge.

I consider 4 wins a realistic scenario: we should be competitive against Ohio and Army in ooc; out of Ull, Arky State, and WKY, we could win 2 out of 3 (with ULL losing 2 big offensive playmakers).
