But we have a tough schedule left to play.

UNO is next - we just seem to struggle against these guys

@ MTSU - not much of a chance here, I'm afraid.

ULM at home - should be a victory

UALR - Last home game, tough opponent, currently the #2 seed

@ ASU - another tough team, and we don't play well on the road

@ Denver - Denver has won their last 4 at home, knocking off MTSU, WKU, and South Bama

At thsi point, UNT is just 1 game ahead of a seeding that will mean a road game for the opening round. I hate to say it, but I am expecting us to go 1-5, maybe 2-4, to finish the season and play our first opening round road game in years.

It really could go either way at this point. If we win Thursday and MTSU loses at Troy, we'll only be a game back of the 4 seed when we play Saturday(not sure who would get the breaker if we split). Going 5-1 down the stretch wouldn't shock me, and going 1-5 wouldn't either.

We are the Dr.Jekyl and Mr. Hyde of the conference. We can do it, but history tells me we will not. I'm afraid the party is almost over for this year's team...hope I am wrong.
