Michael Phelps Caught Smoking Dope?

A British tabloid is posting what it says is a picture of Olympic swimmer Michael Phelps using drug paraphernalia.

The picture, posted Saturday to the News of the World website, shows a man said to be Phelps smoking a glass pipe commonly used to smoke marijuana. The picture was said to be taken while Phelps was visiting the University of South Carolina in November of last year.

The paper says their attempts to get comments from the International Olympic Committee and World Anti-Doping Agency were unsuccessful.

Someone needs to show Phelps game film from the UNT vs. Rice game as an example of what happens when you smoke the wacky weed.

Hmmm, it kinda makes you wonder. One theory that I heard last week is that the only difference between the North Texas and Texas football teams in that regard is that the horns players have more athletic ability to start with, so still aren't as "dehanced" performance wise as our guys are.
