There have been a ton of different starting lineups this year, seems like a different one every game. But since Collin Dennis has come on and George O. has come on, what do you think our best lineup is as of right now. Personally I think it should be:

George

Eric

Tristan

Collin D.

Josh

Starting 5

Stewart

Tramiel

Thompson

Mangrum

Johnson/White...I don't care...flip a coin.

Establish Tramiel in the post early and often...find out early if TT is on...Collin for his hustle and do put another big guard on the floor...Stew to keep Odufuwa out of early foul trouble

Finishing 5

Odufuwa

Tramiel

Thompson/Mangrum/McCoy...depending on who's knocking down shots

Dennis

White/Johnson...depending on who looks like the closest facsimile to a point guard

Great post Tasty. I have similar thoughts on our team right now. We're going to be very dangerous for just about anyone. Out of the top 3 in the league right now, we have played and lost to two of them. However, both were in overtime.

We'll see how we stack up against the Hilltoppers in a little over a week.

I will say that the PG play has gotten better and we have been protecting the ball a lot better lately. I really dont care for the small guard starting lineup. We are probably the only team in the country that starts 2 under 6 foot guards, and 5 '8" and 5 '10" at that. I would like to see Collin back in the starting lineup. And George has really come on. The exciting thing is we will have pretty much everybody back and 5 of them will be back for 2 years. If we can finish strong, we might have a special 2 year run coming.

My starting lineup:

Tramiel

Dennis

Thompson

White

Hogans

Johnson, Odufuwa, Stewart, McCoy, and Mangrum come off the bench. I was torn between Odufuwa and Hogans, but went with Hogans. A smaller post line-up indeed how I have it, but Hogans thinks and plays like he's 6'10" 260.... and Hogans is an extremely accurate shooter (excluding free throws). I could easily put McCoy in for Dennis too, but Dennis does play a little better defense. I just wish Dennis would find his shot in this last part of season.
