I think the entire University is going through a "learning curve" in its efforts to improve in many areas...including "customer communications". Instead of jumping on every little "oops"...let's see if we can't be supportive of the efforts made...they will definitely learn as they go and it'll get better and better.

Kram1's comments aside, they need to fix an issue with the hosting company. Maybe some of the outraged fans could also let the hosting company know that we are sick of SMU ads and half ass email distributions.

Shouldn't it be the athletic department's responsibility to tend to such matters? Or have they not noticed these things or maybe they just don't care? Perhaps just incompetent, which would kind of go back to not noticing?
