I don't really mind the hijacking, the jokes, or the arguing myself...but the amount of conflicting information going around is making heads spin.

The latter is what kinda irks me.

So if you're one of the ones with a friend-of-a-friend, or perhaps you have a direct relationship with someone inside: consider the notion that your own source is opinionated, maybe even manipulating you/the board and could eventually putting you in a position to eat your own words and pride.

Someone once said "Burning your sources 101". I think that's going around a lot lately.

Having said all that, I know this is an internet message board so it is almost quota/expected.

Yes, the he-said / she-said gets very confusing for fans that want to know what is really going on. The coach denying knowing anything about it, the newspaper given a pre-written message, no talk from the player only the parent, very confusing to sort out who knew what and the why and when. Not that any of it matters I guess to the fans who support whichever player wears the green, experienced or not. We're simply the spectator casualties of the war.
