"Vizza is the 11th member of that 2007 class to leave the program..." If that does not say something about the direction of that program, then people you are blind. Why in the world would a QB leave a program who throws the ball like crazy. Hummmm.. something is going on with the program for players to be dropping like flys. And for high school recruits to pick SFA and other smaller schools rather than UNT. Please.... even HS kids can see the writing on the wall here.

I agree that something is going on to cause players to stay away or leave (fans too). "Ignore that man behind the curtain!"

What HS kid chose SFA over NT?

I think he's referring to the JUCO kid who's offer at both NT and another FBS school was withdrawn. That kid then went to SFA.

As for kids leaving football programs, Mitch Mayer and other football alumni have commented on the futility of understanding the reasons for their leaving.

I believe NT's offer was for Fall 2009 and he wanted to start Spring 2009. UNT didn't have a ship available then but SFA did. NT didn't pull any offer per Vito it was just not soon enough for him.

Pretty cantankerous first post.
