The news this morning was like being kicked in the nuts.

People, turnover happens in any organization. When turnover becomes a stream of people out the door, the focus should be on management.

We need to find out in a damned big hurry what it takes to keep the rest of our good young men in the fold and DO it. If the trail leads to the top, well...leave a loaded gun on the desk, tell him to do the right thing, and close the door.
