Changes To Nfl Pro Bowl

The Pro Bowl will move to the Super Bowl host city (Miami) in 2010. It will be played the week before the Super Bowl instead of the week after. No confirmation if this move will be permanent, but it sounds good to me. Right now the Pro Bowl is the worst All-Star game in American sports.

Maybe they should switch to a flag football game. Everyone takes it easy because they don't want to get hurt, so make them play flag football. Or make the NFL Pro Bowlers play pick up basketball or baseball. ANYTHING other than the sorry excuse for a game they play now. It's truly horrible.

What bothers me is when players are named to the Pro Bowl then refuse to play at all. I say that if a player does not play, make them ineligible for the Pro Bowl the following year (unless they are injured, of course).

What will bother me is players on the Super Bowl teams won't play in the Pro Bowl. You really want to risk injury before the biggest game?
