In Texas, you do not have a duty to render first aid, however, should you choose to try to help, you are not legally responsible, as long as you dont do anything that is obviously negligent, and once you do help, you do not pass the injured individual's care to someone who is less qulaified than you.

Don't be so sure. That was apparently the law in California, but the Supreme Robes ruled that it only applied to EMT's, so yes ma'am you can go ahead and sue your friend after she saved your life.

California SUCKS in so many different ways, and this ruling is just another indication that California has definitely "lost its way". One of the stupidest rulings of the year...maybe the century! EARTHQUAKE anyone?

The period should be within the quotation marks...I figure a guy who uses them as frequently as you would know the grammatical rule.

And California does not suck...Cali has San Diego, Napa Valley, San Francisco, Monterray, Spyglass Hill CC and the Pacific Ocean.

If you want suck...go to Ohio.

People who shit on California are the people who have never been and think its just some liberal homofest. Of course, there are people in California who have never been to Texas and think we're all just a bunch of dumb redneck hicks. So yeah, as CBL said: get out more.

LA is a pisshole however, but SD is all kinds of awesome.

      Why Support this Program?….Seriously!?

      I condone and understand the mistaken omission. It was the most misleading victory in Mean Green history. I was there for that game in club seat because the weather was horrible. A pass happy UTSA came to Denton with a cold windy miserable wet day that made it impossible to throw the ball. Maybe they win the game if the weather was not so bad. But the fact they let that game be an excuse to keep Littrell another season was infuriating! 🤬. A decision like that had nothing to do with winning football because they followed that up with another double digit loss in the closet thing to a home Bowl Game in Frisco losing by double digits to a juggernaut 6-6 Miami OH. I said this at the time as well. And it was a confirmed bad decision when Seth couldn’t find a better QB than Austin Aune or get his completion percentage above 60% for more than 2 games in a row. This department is comfortable with mediocrity and programs new to the FBS level like UTSA our asses routinely. Long as we can beat teams having historically bad seasons for their program and FCS teams we are good. I am sure many of the few loyal fans were annoyed that there were enough fans that partied outside the stadium for homecoming to make the game a sellout. But after 20 years of the bullshit, I can’t be disappointed in them anymore.

      Is this what an “offensive genius” looks like?

      It feels like this season is over. If we somehow manage to get that elusive 6th win, can we file a lawsuit to help a 3-win MAC team get into a bowl game so that it will at least be competitive? Also, can we go back to the era when we didn't have any rivals? Any annual "rivalries" just end up fizzling because we're so terrible in those games that the series quickly become non-competitive and unexciting. We never really take any successful steps to improve the program while others refuse to remain complacent.

      Records of teams that we have beat. The only team with a winning record is SFA and they just lost to Texas A&M Commerce. We have a terrible defense and and offense that is explosive against bad teams. If the defense gets a stop, then the offense crumbles the next drive. South Alabama (4-5) SFA (6-4) Wyoming (2-8) Tulsa (3-7) Florida Atlantic (2-7) This team sucks, the program is heading in the wrong direction. I have wasted 17 years following this program. Not sure how you old timers have done this for so long.

      Looked him up. He’s a 5’7” 170lb QB/Wr. You’re trolling us or you’re not watching the same games I am… unless he’s the key to unlocking 800 yards and 55ppg he’s not the answer. The answer is a defense with a pulse. I am not saying we don’t need or want him…but he’s not changing this team from losers to winners by himself. That lousy team that just whipped us last night has always had a better defense on the field than we have. With the exception of 2013.
