Wow I am really proud of this team and the coaching staff.

This is the best start we have had in a long time....

I think as the season goes on that we will face some good teams and some good tests along the way: Games that I believe will determine the depth of this squad are UTA, UNO, WKU.....

Great win against ULL....

I will defiantely make the UTA game and bring as many people with me as possible...

Remember, if you have a UNT ticket stub you can get in for free for the rest of the December games. I will use mine for a friend and I think this is a great way for Mean Green fans to bring friends and people to see our great Mean Green Basketball Team

I was told by the woman at the Super Pit ticket desk at the NMSU game back on 12/06, that the football ticket stubs were only good for free admission to the HBU game. So unless she was wrong - that deal is passed by. Just FYI.

Either way, I think that the number of people who used their football ticket stubs to get into a bball game had to be minimal. Hell, last year everyone that went to the Navy football game could have gotten into the men's basketball game for free to see the home opener and NCAA Tourny banner raising and only 3k attended. The only stopping people from doing that was a short walk across the parking lot and street, and any dorm students attending the Navy game would have had to walk by the Superpit to get back to their dorm anyway.
