Not only yes, but hell yes. Why can't we have one game a year in Dallas for our Dallas alums? Dallas is the biggest alumni base we have...but you had better be pretty good or they will not come. Seems like they want a good competitive team ( what a concept ).

If we are going to be "The Team" of the DFW area we need to play in DFW (Dallas) sometimes. I doubt A$M is looking at NT, probably more like a Arkansas or Louisville type program for the AAC.

I love the idea, but would a NT crowd of real significance show up?? That place being 1/2 full with the majority wearing maroon would be a bummer.

This is one of my major fears.

Here's the deal. I have no problem with eventually down the line perhaps playing one marquee a game in Dallas - if we become a prominent fixture in college basketball, like a Gonzaga(or hell even a WKU or Butler). The schools in the Non-Power leagues that are consistently good, consistently sell out(or come close to) their own gyms, and have more than 1 marquee home contest a year.

But to have a marquee "home game" where our own fans would be ridiculously outnumbered would be a real beating. A&M has played us in Denton twice in the last 15 years - and lost. So for now, let'm come to Denton if they want another ass whooping.
