UL Monroe @ Tennessee Tech

Arkansas State @ Ball State

Northwestern St. @ Troy

Denver @ Wyoming

FIU @ UCLA

Loyola-Marymount @ UA-Little Rock

Southern @ New Orleans

UC-Davis @ South Alabama

North Texas @ Houston

Best case 8-1 for the Belt today...more realistically, give me 6-3. Monroe should beat Tenn. Tech, assuming Tony Hooper is back and playing to his capabilities. ASU and Ball State should be a good game, Ball State's only loss came at a very good Butler team. Troy should win...Wyoming is undefeated but they have played nobody, I think Denver can pull this game out...hope everyone has fun and no one gets hurt in Pauley...UALR will have no problem with Marymount...New Orleans picks up its first win...USA routs UCD...North Texas in a shootout with Houston...wins.

Added - Tony Hooper has been suspended indefinently for violation of ULM team rules.

Wasn't it just a year ago that ULM was picked to finish first in the West? Today they lose by 40 to a Tenn. Tech.

Troy won their game with a barrage of 3 pointers... they shot over 50% on 29 3-point attempts. Troy is one of those teams that seems hot or cold dependent on their 3-point game. They can win any given night if the 3's fall.

FIU has decent size, but they seem to be a very poor shooting squad. They missed plenty of shots that were quite makeable(maybe they were intimidated by UCLA's stellar defense for most of the game). Their guards are pretty quick and can pass well(their bigs missed several bunnies though).

I don't know, not very impressed. Granted UCLA looked fantastic, so maybe alot of that was more UCLA than FIU.
