In all fairness, every player on this team has been through a lot, and that certainly applies to Vizza. I don't see Dodge putting his starter on the bench all game to make a nice gesture to one player. But once the game gets out of hand, which hopefully will wait until the second half, I would hope Meager and/or Phillips could get in a good number of snaps.

Totally agree! Meager should start and get 3 qtrs. Phillips gets 4th. These guys have paid their dues, hung in there for 4 tough years.

As an MT fan, I think he should. He seems to be a better game manager. But maybe Vizza is doing as told. I thought Meager was not a bad QB at all, and had a lot of potential.

Maybe not start, but at least give the seniors some playing time. These guys have stayed loyal and stuck it out, to me the right thing to do would be to let them play some or a quite a bit on Saturday. The season is lost, we have no momentum and certainly wont gain anything from letting all the young guys play, let these seniors play on Saturday.
