As mentined elsewhere, the BOR was to approve the student fee, not a stadium. Approval of the student fee by the BOR is a necessary step prior to submitting it to the State coordinating board or legislature, , for their approval.

As to your other questions, do you actually think we know something? That we have received communications and status updates? You must be new here.

As to the alleged plans for the stadium, my guess is we will see them when they are finished, which is likely months away but that is just a guess.

It has gotten eerily quiet concerning the fee/stadium since the vote. I even PM'd Flyer and he knew nothing, pretty sad that nobody has even met with him and his group to thank them and let them know where this thing goes now. Lord knows I have had my doubts about this projec , I would think any momentum you get for something like this , you would want to take advantage of it.

Yes it is concerning that no news has come out yet. Not jumping to any conclusions, but it does make me a bit nervous. UNTFlyer, you did mention that the fee was supposed to be approved (or at least voted on by the BOR in this meeting) correct? Just trying to understand what your understanding of the situation is at this point.

Yes it is. Maybe RV should come on the board and update us to the status of the stadium.....approval, design, funding, groundbreaking, etc. OK RV, now its your turn to post.
