When Is The Bor Approval For The Stadium?

Does anyone recall when this is to occur? I thought it was supposed to happen on the 20th or 21st before it went to the Texas legislature. Please advise.

They are not going to approve the stadium per say, just the fee. That is all that has to be done at this point. There is not any plans or studies completed yet, or that is what RV has said to some at the coach's show. Dr. B has recently said that dirt will not turn until the alumnae come up with their part.
