I think the Cowboys still have a chance to be in the top tier of the NFC class. The Giants are clearly the best but I am not ruling the Cowboys out if they can play like they did last night defensively. They will certainly pick it up on offense with Romo back and Jones coming back soon. I personally think its a good thing that the general public has written off the Cowboys because if they get into the playoffs I think they can beat anybody including the Giants in New York.

I would not wager on the Cowboys or Redskins against the Giants, Carolina or Arizona. The Cardinals ripped the soul out of the team and exposed the offensive line as much as last night's game supposedly "restored" them. I also put them both slightly ahead of Philly, Chicago (if on the road) and Atlanta.

If the Cowboys are a Super Bowl or bust team, being clearly superior to Tampa Bay, Green Bay, Minnesota, Seattle, San Fran and others shouldn't mean that much.

But hey...14-10 road win = Super Bowl!!!! Yeehaw!

I'd love for them to do something and love the emerging (we are this year's wild card storyline) but I don't think we've learned that they are 2nd or 3rd in th NFC. Arizona and Carolina have earned those spots at this point in the season.
