where can I find current enrollment figures for texas colleges and numbers or whatever to counter commuter school argument. and whatever else you got

CollegeBoard is probably the best source for comparison although it only lists undergraduate enrollment figures.

Schools in urban settings such as Texas, Texas Tech, and Houston are all classified as commuter schools because there is very little student housing located near campus other than dorms or frat houses. Most students at these schools commute several miles to campus each day. The UT Shuttle System is the largest university shuttle system in the country and the students at Houston ride the city Metro bus system.
