Wasn't it a similar play several years ago when Jub Jub uttered his timeless "Do you believe in the Mean Green"? Does anyone have any audio from the radio broadcast with George's call on this one?

That was at Texas Tech, either from 1999 or 1997, don't remember which one. They used to have the audio from that on the NT athletics site. They took it down after one of the redesigns.

There were 2 breakdowns by WKU on the play:

1. If you notice the tight end on the left(the one who is so wide open), never even chips Warren before he releases into the end zone. He needs to wait 1-2 seconds before he releases the block and by that time the H-back is in position to provide support on Warren.

2. The H-back that goes into motion right and then back left did a good job of tipping off our man coverage but didn't get back left in time to provide the support block on Warren. I think the H-back was expecting his tight end to chip Warren.

Yeah, it looks like he tried instead to chip the inside LB, and wow was he open?

I just uploaded a better quality version without the watermark.

Enjoy.

Oh and let me know if there are any other plays you want to see as well.

That is fantastic Gabe. Thank you so much.

I would suggest all the other scoring plays as well.

Thanks again.

Is that Dodge in the dog pile about to get crushed? Two coaches jump into the pile and then it looks like Dodge realizes hes about to get crushed and gets out. Any hard feelings on this team and that was their chance to deal a blow. Hard to tell, but it looks like him.

Yes, that's him.

I think that is Todd Dodge and he mentioned that at the Monday night Coach's show.
