Suspend them for the last 4 games. If they want to play next year, they need to make every practice, be early, go the extra mile. Make them show me that they want to be here. Submit them to random drug testing.

If this seems stern, yeah, it might be. If I failed a drug test, I'd lose my job, at least they would have another chance. You are playing football at a division 1 university and going to school for free. Its not too much to ask for you to stay off the Effing drugs.

It sounded like the action was already spelled out by University policy. By the 4th positive they must be stripped of their ship. Seems like a lot of (too many?) chances.
