So why did they come in to test then when they knew what the positive test was?

NCAA does random testing. UNT got wind that some red flags would come up on those test, so Dodge said let's test everyone.

Im not positive about your question because I'm not sure who they is in the question.

I will say NCAA tests are mandatory and random. Usually once a semester, fall, spring, summer. Team tests can be as frequent as needed and at anytime.

Ask me your question differently and I will try to answer you better.
