Folks...Have you noticed that the brochures that have been distributed have this picture and the words, "CONCEPT ONLY?" That's because I guarantee you that HKS is going to come up with an entirely different design than what has been circulated. I happen to know an architect associated with HKS who was unimpressed with that "CONCEPT."

They better not mess with the current design much. The older design (2005?) included an oversized upper deck that fans on here did not care for.....

Let's not jump to any conclusions here. HKS seems to be the leader in doing what they do. Let's see what they come up with first before we make any rash decisions. my bet is whatever they come up with, we'll LOVE !

Interesting . . . what does "unimpressed" mean? That the concept fails to deal with structural issues? That the concept is unrealistic for a $60 million stadium? That there were a whole lot of things they could have put in to make it better?

I love the design but I think I'd like to see more of the outside of the stadium covered up. What I mean is I don't like the fact that you can see some of the stands exposed underneath. It would be cool if it was all closed in from the outside.
