Is Anyone Still Opptimistic

I am not. I have a couple of friends that are hall directors and I reminded them to encourage their residents and one of them said that "it's already a no, there are so many no's from everyone". The other said they have been campaining but the majority of the campus is against it. I hope it passes but i am not getting my hopes up because lest we forget... this is UNT.

This definitely is not good. I thought the halls for the most part were pretty for this new fee being passed. I suppose the 0-6 record and all of them being total blowouts probably had something to do with their minds. Just rediculous.
