If the athletic fee referendum passes, as soon as we can raze Fouts and level it for parking we are going to give out free parking tags to all those who register. This will open up free parking to at least 400 commuters and will remain available on a first come first serve basis through the remainder of time in which that property continues to be available, possibly through 2020. This would in fact, due to changes of schedules throughout the week, open up free parking to literally thousands.

Of course, no one asked me, but hey? If you want something, you gotta give a little back.
