I'm sure someone will appeal regardless, but the action of appealing by itself isn't enough to throw out the results. I doubt we'll see any changes, nor will SGA get to vote unless they decide to ignore the results of the election and piss everybody off again.

Any E. Board results can be appealed to the Supreme Court. From there you'd have to file in "real court" to overturn the SGA S.C. Neither the Senate nor the admin can overrule the SC decision, though the Senate can choose to enact the fee on their own, regardless of election results or appeals.
