I did...it was a nice event and a nice turnout of Mean Green nation members. Thanks to the Exes/Alumni Assoc. for setting this up.....The Alumni Assoc. is really working hard to "get out there" and develop a great association. All Alums should join and participate. The Alumni Assoc. will be holding mixers in both Austin and Houston soon.

Way to go!!!!

KRAM, I am disapointed that you did not mention the Denton Chapter's Meet & Greet with the women's and men's basketball coaches being held starting at 6:30pm on October 30 at the Alumni Center on the UNT Campus.

It's obvious to me that KRAM'S salary must be cut for omitting the Denton meet and greet. As you know, he gets big bucks from the alumni association for his participation.

Folks, there were flyers at the Dallas Mixer last evening announcing the Denton Chapter event...and I have mentioned it on GMG.Com previously...and you can bet I will again as the day draws nearer!!!!! Talked to several folks about the Oct. 30th event....see there you have it:

So, all you Gulf Coast (Houston Area) Alumni....make it out to the event on the 6th...it will be a great time to mix and mingle with other MEAN GREEN Alums and supporters...hey, lots of business card opportunities too. Mean Green Nation helping Mean Green Nation.....

PLEASE attend...lots of time to plan for a Nov. 6th event...besides, you might need something to drown out the election results if they went against you! :blink:

I live about 5 minutes from the Black Finn in Addison. I sure would have liked to attend.

Do you have to belong to the Alumni Assoc.? If not, then how is this information passed on

to the general alumni population?
