I'm sorry, but I just can't do a full one this week. No one has said anything new for three weeks now and there is no sense belaboring the obvious. Can you believe the season is halfway over?

The good news is that the team took its first lead(s!) of the season and stayed competitive longer than ever before. More people showed up than expected and Texas Douche thought highly enough of us to attend the game en masse to celebrate their program's biggest win in 3 years. Who said we don't own the metroplex?

On the bad side, Tasty and RV might not be getting along and the student vote is upon us. Can't those two just hug and work it out?

As for the biggest news this week:

There is a "stormfront" on the horizon - but will it be cleansing but harsh rains that wash away the doubters and stadium oppositions or the floods of oppression that will wash away our future? Here's to a low tide and the continued safety of each and every rat. My prayer is that the fee passes and none of you have to jump anymore.

And - what the hell - I predict a win at Monroe this week. I also predict that the time taint between the vote and the results will lead to even more chaos. RV's increased message board presence may not last, but the redundant point/counterpoint style of making the same points in every thread is forever.
