El Paso has the highest number of heart clinics/cardiologists per capita of anywhere in the States. And they are some of the finest ones out there.

Why is it questionable for someone to report a culture? Why do I read posts like yours every time Hispanic culture is brought up, but I don't ever read the same when a report mentions "Czech" or "Deutsch" (sp) or "German"?

Are the Hispanics thin-skinned? They are proud, for sure. Or maybe we are cultivated to be afraid of being racist to Mexixans.

South Carolina? or the Ivy league University? If it were the school that would actually be interesting considering some of the accessibility issues that place has...older buildings that aren't very handicap friendly...and Washington and Morningside Heights can be a difficult area to navigate for even the fleetest of foot.

I don't get why AP is funny...except that it's supposedly written to be read at something like an 8th grade level (I forget the exactitude here but you get the point).
