I think Hill and Cook are the best options , I don't know but Shorter looked shaky to me... I thought Jamel Jackson and Roderick Johnson were supposed to be our return men this year ???

Who's fault is it that the other 2 missed PATs were missed ??

2 / 5 on PAT's is one of the worst stats I've ever seen

Dodge blamed UNT's blocked extra point and field goal on Jeremy Knott not getting the ball high enough off the ground.

Isn't this always the reason kicks are blocked ?

I think he was just inferring that it wasn't a leak from the line where someone got through to block it.

I love Dwaylon Cook on returns. Now I have only seen him against Rice, but he is a North/South runner and runs hard and breaks tackles. Shorter carried the ball too carelessly leading to his fumble and Fitz didn't look comfortable receiving punts, as evidence by his fumbles/muffs. Cook looked much more athletic than any other return men.

I suppose those that actually get kicked, yes. But with poor coverage the place kicker could get demolished along with the kicker and the kick could be eaten by the defense.

Cook sure looked good on TV that is for sure. Maybe he can catch some punts since North Texas fair catches EVERY punt. They have no return game last season or this season. Dodge fair catches every punt by design.

I love Casey, but this is good news.

I think playing with a separated shoulder might cause problems holding on to the ball, and not getting coverage blocks also adds to the problem.

jamel jackson was all the talk out of camp, but broke his collar bone...shouldn't he and rucker be getting back on the field soon? also, the angle the cameras had for our extra points showed that knott's kicks never made it half way up the uprights and when they passed the line they were only about 8 to 9 feet high, if that.
