The Answer is Marketing....
My 72 year old father is on Facebook all the time and so is my 67 year old mother. My 73 year old and 64 year old uncles watch YouTube DIY videos all the time. The older generation needs to embrace technology and expand their horizons. The biggest opportunity of growth is with Gen X, Millennials, and Gen Z. That’s where the focus need to be.- 2
