Only OU was worse as far as points allowed by an opponent? 3 of the top 5 during Dodge era.

2008: Rice-77, NT-20

2007: OU-79, NT-10

1993: Nebraska-76, NT-14

2007: Navy-74, NT-62

1991-Nevada-72, NT-0

3 of the 4 under dodge.

I don't want DD back... but this season is more frustrating then many under DD. We at least had one aspect of the game done right during DD days. Now we don't have anything right... offense, defense, or special teams.

Know what those five games have in common? All were under high school coaches trying to make it as college coaches. (Parker---Nevada, Nebraska; Dodge---OU, Rice, and Navy).

True. Now we were 1-AA in 1991 and 1993, and I can understand getting killed by a good Nebraska or OU team, although Parker was out of his league from the start. But for Rice, of all non-BCS schools Rice, to hang 77 on us with ex-Texas State bonehead coach Baliff in charge is beyond pathetic.

Dodge was Parker's offensive coordinator, so he was involved in all of them.
