Mighty Muggs!

I bought Carter some for his birthday. They're not supposed to be for kids ages 0-3 due to small parts, but a bunch of them don't come with small parts so since they're all round...

Anyway, I've seen them for Marvel, Star Wars, and Indiana Jones. They're all super-cute and great for getting our kids into the stuff we liked (or in my case, still like).

Does anybody else think they should make football Muggs? They're fun-looking like bobbleheads, but can be played with and don't have much as far as pointy edges, etc. We got Hulk, Silver Surfer, and Human Torch, but how cute would it be to have Tony Romo or Patrick Cobbs or Brett Fav---ruh Muggs?

After all, they ARE made with 100% recycled AWESOME. (What the hell is that supposed to mean?!)

Upper Deck had a line in the works that was similar to Mighty Muggs, called MVP. It was a body similar to MM, with pads and a helmet, and painted to represent the team/mascot/fans. From what I've heard, the project fell through. MVP Vinyl

As far as real players, you'll have to look for customs or do them yourself. Here's a Tony Romo a guy did. McFarlane has little interest in a line of vinyl anything even with his buyers showing interest, UD has their 10" and 12" All-Star Vinyl line (which is starting to push people away), and Hasbro has so little interest in mainstream sports. So, unless it's Star Wars, Marvel, Indy, GI Joe, or Transformers, it won't be Mugged.

BTW, the SDCC Movie Iron Man is the best Marvel Mugg yet.

Too bad that's an exclusive. Carter loves Iron Man.

They also made an exclusive idol from Indiana Jones.
