I'm sitting here watching the Boys and surfing the net when I came across an article from Barron's. Story was about win's VS money in NCAA football. Story referenced the office of postsecondary education for data. That perked my interest (I pulled the data from the OPE) to compare UNT to SBC/OOC /other teams. Does money make a difference?

TOTAL EXSPENSES PER TEAM

SUNBELT

FIU $5,905,876

MTSU $5,838,119

UNT $4,219,719

TROY $3,790,663

FAU $3,615,243

ASU $3,576,338

ULL $3,100,921

ULM $2,652,273

OOC

KSU $10,209,079

TULSA $8,670,055

LSU $16,408,162

RICE $9,123,433

"Other"

SMU $8,678,123

I wonder where they pull those expense reports from. Student funds? Beginning of year coffers? End of year totals? I only thought of that because I saw that Troy was below us...but they have a corporate-sponsored stadium. So I'm mildly curious to know which expenses this refers to.
