Best OOC performance

Sunbelt vs Div 1-AA - La-La, FAU, Ark St, and MTSU were pretty close this week. FAU was within striking distance for most of it game in a rainstorm which really shutdown the passing game. Best sign of improvement is no losses to the Division 1-AA schools. You can't say that about all of the Div 1-A conferences.

Worst OOC performance

NT at LSU - Least competitive effort by the Sunbelt this week. This team is young, young, young. 0-12 is a real possibility this year, but this is going to be due more to inexperience than a lack of talent.
