Come check out the Model A up close and personal. The interior is not yet finished but she will be on show.

After the Mean Green Machine's reveal we have already been invited to two Car shows.

Arts, Antiques & Autos Extravaganza

Hours: 10 am to 4pm, Saturday, September 13, 2008

Location: Courthouse Square, 110 W Hickory

October 18, 2008

Hours: TBD

Location: Bartonville, TX

It was real hard seeing the Model A from stands last Saturday. Any chance we might get some pictures posted? BTW, I love that the Canon Crew moved Boomer to the other end zone this year. I'm sure plenty of Tulsa fans jumped when they got a canon blast to the face!

That's great news and more of what we should be doing... more exposure :) Good job!! And how cool is it that boomer is on the other side. Wish I could be there to see and hear it... wait, was that a rumble I felt out here in Santa Fe? :D

I'm waiting for one of you alumnists from 1890 to start griping about there being to much black on the model A. It looks great. Thank you Dickey. Bite me oldschoolers.

      Spot on. Maybe I need to remind everyone about losing to FIU, or starting Earle for 2 games, or unable to move it ball for 4 downs vs Navy to try and get a tying FG, or letting Memphis go 75 yards with only 47 seconds left.

      Is D1 Split Coming Soon?

      Again, why? The so called P5 level gets most of the attention and money. Do they really want to endure all the legal problems with creating even more of a monopoly? Most are perfectly able to see the logical extension of an exclusive league of the top forty to fifty top schools. They would have to play a lot more equal schedule and as now the same SEC schools would dominate. Seven or eight wins would be a great season for most members of this division. Add the problems of funding and scheduling for all sports not football or men's basketball, and lack of geographical rivals. Plus at some point, a disillusioned fan base is going to see the folly of NIL and stop funding another pro league. The NFL at least sees the wisdom of some parity to competition. They have drafts, salary caps, comparable schedules, and player and staff limits that foster competition. While the NCAA has some of these controls, they seem more than willing to weaken or eliminate them.

      Welcome Army

      Weren't their rumors that VCU was gonna be added...along with Army? I thought they turned us down. I'm not sure the A10 schools would consider AAC an upgrade. I think they're all A10?
