I ran across this video on Youtube and the name of this film is Downfall (German film) and I remember seeing it a few years back. Here is a parody and I thought it was hillarious and very well made. Oh and I am a diehard Ranger fan.

Somebody used that same clip for something else about a year ago. What was it??

The first widely popular one was about the Cowboys loss to the Giants. Since then it's been used by fans of every sports team after any random win/loss/shocking event.

Ah,

I dont ever recall seeing anything else like this but there are a ton of copycats out there. I thought this one in particular had good writing and the timing of the subtitles was pretty good. I had a good laugh.

Sure is nice to have this exciting baseball race going on here in Texas as the season (thank God for small favors) winds down. hey, the Rangers aren't out of it yet...the Angels still have a "magic" number of two! Yawn, what inning is it now since we have been sitting here for 4 hours already with the score at 1-0???? Excitement just pulses through my body.

Sorry, just had to take that shot at the lowly Rangers as they play useless games here at the end of the season...and the football crowd yells about having to buy pre-season game tickets to get season Cowboys tickets, etc. heck over 100 games the Rangers usually play in a season are meaningless. They are usually "out of it" for all intents and purposes by the end of May each year. Pitching? What pitching? We don't need no stinking pitching!!!!!

Too much fun.... :rolleyes::lol:

I've never seen a four hour 1-0 game, but I'm sure it's awesome. How did it work? Did teams just load the bases and hit into triple plays all night? Strike out the side? I'm really intrigued by the four hour 1-0 game and would love to see a tape.

I saw a 2-0 soccer game and rolled my eyes, until I remembered my premi-ball conversion ratios and realized that I was actually seeing a 1,286,976,976,800 to 3 game. Then I got excited again.

I gotta admit that this was a really fun season of Rangers baseball even though the last month or so has not been too pretty and they are totally out of it. But this team has a really young nucleus and I am finally starting to see light at the end of the tunnel with this team. The pitching is young and I think will come around in the next couple of years. Call me crazy but I would not be surprised if they make a big run at the post season next season and maybe a run for the pennant a few years after that. I feel its coming!

No, not exciting at all...the pitcher lobbed the ball to first about 50 times and scratched himself between each throw. There were about 8 pitchers used with the pitching coach/manager coming to the mound at least twice before replacing each pitcher, and each replacement took his full allotment of warm-up pitches. There were fifteen walks and 8 times the bases were loaded on base on balls. The catcher went to the mound at least twenty times to "chat". Sound familiar?

Yawn...wake me when they actually do something. GO RANGERS...let's get this season over with so the rebuilding years can continue.

Hey, the US men's soccer team plays a World Cup qualifying game tonight which is being braodcast on ESPN2 (I think that's the station) at 7PM our time. Tun in and watch a game with non-stop action and one that won't take four hours to complete...even if some of the players do roll around on the ground and act hurt! See, I can be objective about soccer.

By the way, I refereed three games Saturday and almost had to "toss the coach" from one of the teams in the very firt game of the year! Man, the guy was fired up and this was a young girl's game for gosh sakes! Whew, can't wait to see him again in a couple of weeks. Yep, his team won 6-5...wow that 42-35 ...big scoring game for you football fans out there.

Talk about yawning. I watched the Olympic Marathon and all I could think about was give them a soccer ball to chase and you've got a game. Doesn't matter if they score or not, just run and kick, run and kick, oh, and don't forget the occassional flop on the ground to followed up by being carried off on a WWII era stretcher.

Let's all run around for 90+ minutes and if the score is tied, no big deal, we'll both go home happy. Whatever?

WOW! That's 7.72186E+12 to 6.43488E+12 in Premiball.

We only have matches that high scoring in Arena PremiBall!

FLASH... US Downs Trinidad and Tobago 21-0 in a World Cup qualifying game. High scoring affair to make all the US baseball fans happy! By the way...World Cup, you know, where a REAL WORLD CHAMPION is crowned rather than an American champion ala the "world"...not so much Series. At least soccer knows what "World" means.

GO RANGERS...another great exciting game ending with the usual result. Hey, that Taylor Teagarden kid can play. He is the Ranger #1 cather next year. I guess Laird better just get used to the idea. Too bad, I like Laird too. Good guy...good work with what little pitching Texas has...
