I don't think so. I believe I read in an article back in July that season ticket sales were approaching 6K

Can you imagine:

Texas has ALREADY sold more than 3,500 presale tickets for Saturday’s game

Texas A&M has ALREADY sold more than 3,500 presale tickets for Saturday’s game

When I played HS football in MD (indeed, Maryland!!!) we would have used the word "already" to describe having that many tickets sold before a game. Heck, Sothlake Carroll would be too embarassed to admit it ONLY has 3,500 presale tickets for their next game!!! :angry:

I guess they could add that 3,500 to the season ticket number and the 34,000+ undergrads and say there are 40,000 plus presale tickets and drive everyone away thinking it is sold out.
