13 years sounds a little longer. So does 14, 12, 10, 8, and 7. Make fun of our drought prior to 2000, which makes sense. Considering your droughts tend to be longer and longer each time (except the most recent one)...you'd better hope you make a bowl every year or it's likely to be about 2025-2030 before you see one again, considering your pattern.
