And a waste of money.

Unfortunately, the Cotton Bowl and Texas/OU will move to Jerry World in the next few years. Money talks and Jerry has it.

P.S. You will draw the ire of a few on here by linking anything related to UT to our board.

Yup it is not a matter of "if" the Cotton Bowl will get demolished, it is realliy a matter of when. Even money aside, only stupid teams will turn down the opportunity to play in the new Cowboys new stadium after its built.

I haven't been in that stadium in a while. Seems like a lot of work for 3 games a year--or whatever.

Site: Yeah, I know. I actually got to that link from another location, believe it or not. SMU's boards didn't have a link. ;)

EDIT: Hot linked the photos.

Are those metal bleachers? They'll never sell those seats!

Seriously, I would love to see our new stadium be similar to this, as in how close the seats are to the field. Other than the seats beneath the upper deck, the Cotton Bowl is a great design.
