Well, consider that Fouts holds 30k.

Reduce the radius of the stands due to them being closer to the field, take one end zone section and put it above the club level, and I can see how this comes out to about the same capacity. I also have trouble seeing how adding another upper level would add 20,000 seats, maybe the "expandable to 50k figure" will require an upper level all the way around.

This is the stadium design in the new Media Guide and the Stadium Campaign binder. It may get tweaked as some say but this is what they are looking for. I know it's probably not to scale but as I count them it appears the lower bowl is equally divided into sections of about 16 rows = 32 total rows. I believe Fouts now has like 37 rows in the middle sections, less on the endlines, so figure 9,000 per sideline in the new stadium.

As you stated the single endzone section is of smaller radius but connected fully to the sideline seats. This is slightly larger than one endzone section at Fouts, or about 7500 seats. That leaves 6000 for the upper deck on the pressbox side, and 1500 for club seats and suite seating, for a total of 33,000 initially as stated in the media guide. If you add an upperdeck to the opposite side of 6000, then another 11,000 for upperdeck around the endzone you have your 50,000 seat stadium in the future. I like the looks of it and the expansion possibilities.

Like I said, theres nothing wrong with the stadium in the pictures, but HKS wouldn't put their name on anything that bland.

I agree. It will be interesting to see what is released on MeanGreenSports.com, because this design is old.
