Access 1st Capitol Bank

Owned by an alum and was the main sponsor of the most recent Football 101 for ladies. Seems like a partnership made in Mean Green Heaven!!

From their website:

It is hard to believe that it has only been six months since Access 1st Capital Bank officially began its operations. There have been many "1st's" over the past few months.

We are pleased to announce that as of March 31, 2008, we have surpassed $32 million in assets, $18 million in deposits, and $12 million in loans.

We are putting the final touches on the our North Dallas Loan Production Office at the corner of Central Expressway and Meadow Road. Benjamin A. Goff, who is serving as the President of our Professional Services Division, along with Marilyn Kendzior, Senior Vice President/Professional Services will be operating from this location.

Groundbreaking for our Denton Headquarters building, at the north east intersection of Carroll Boulevard and Eagle Drive will occur in the near future.

We look forard to the opportunity to serve you. Drop in to visit and open your account with Access 1st Capital Bank -- we are "Bringing Community Back to Banking."

They don't seem to have the assets to sposor the stadium, but they can probably contribute something.

Maybe. Some spnsorships are long term deals - $15 million sponsorship at $1 million/year for 15 years.

Even so, $1 million is a fairly significant portion of their assets. I would guees that they could do $500,000, but not much more than that.

No way Access 1st capital could be a title sponsor to the stadium. bank is too new and has too little capital to do such things at this point. I am sure ownership, of which Randy Robinson is part, would liike to see the bank get profital and stable as a new institution before stepping out with such a large donation and commitment. I am sure, however, that Access 1st capital will be a good corporate citizen to/for UNT. I welcome their support at whatever level they are able at this point in their development. Welcome aboard and thanks for doing what you are currently doing for UNT.

Those type of things are certainly possible. Taco Bell has a $4 million, 15 year deal with Boise State for naming rights on their basketball arena that is paid in yearly installments. It was a benefit of Boise State making a commitment to their football program. Taco Bell Arena

Corporations like to be associated with successful programs.

I used to work with most everyone on the Access 1st Capital board. They don't have nearly enough $..they're a small time, one branch, local bank that's just getting started. It took them a while to get going on their project of building a physical building so they could move out of the trailer they were running their business in.

They're good guys but theres 0% chance.
