Turned it on at the break - can I beg you to summarize?

Well pretty much as you would you think - mostly talked about how they tried to help him, ect. I love when Rynes says "we are going to spend a couple of segments on this" - how about spend the ENTIRE show on it if that is what your listeners want?

I'm sorry but just because you work with someone doesn't make them "a true friend". Especially when you habitually lie to them. Thats' not what a 'true friend' does. And if you treat people like that how can you expect them to act like a friend when you need them?

it's not so much that you have to be friends, but to lead on like you are the best of friends and then to find out they weren't is like finding out after 40 years of marriage that your parents hate each other.

A true friend also doesn't show up at a true friends party he's continueing to throw and drink in front of him after he's gone through an addiction fight that's cost him his job, friends etc etc etc.. Anyone who would show up and drink in front of this guy after what's he's gone through isn't a friend at all. Which leaves me with concerns that GW will actually pull this sober/clean thing off successfully. After all he's been through, he's still having drinking/Partying activities? Not smart.

And by the way, the only thing I have been through with co workers that would cause people to turn their backs on someone to this point dealt with theft. People will usually forgive the lies and deceptions created to hide something. But start stealing from them and it's over. I'm not saying it's so in GW's case, but it's got me wondering? No one will ever trust a thief ever again in the work place. I'm sure someone here can relate to how it is with this.
