After winning four of five games this weekend to claim the Troy Trojan Classic, the ladies will be in Starkville, MS for some tougher matchups. UNT is getting the respect it deserves. This will be the second straight tournament the host (24th ranked Mississippi State) only wants to play once. But looking at the teams in this field, 3-2 would be a good weekend IMO.

Aaaaand BALLGAME! TOURNAMENT WON!
Anderson gets her third win (3-1) and Skylar picks up her second save as UNT beats Central Michigan for the second time this weekend, 6-3.
Not sure if these early season tournaments hand out trophies or anything, but at 4-1 and a victory over Troy, UNT should be considered the champs. I would be curious to know when's the last time we "won" a tournament.
UNT takes the three runs right back in the bottom of the fifth!
Simon and Bearclaw walk to start the inning, they move over on a bunt. Simon scores on a SAC fly from Conley. Bearclaw scores on a double from Nicholson. Nicholson scores on a single from Moffitt. Mean Green take a 6-3 lead into the sixth.
Anderson should still be in line for the W if the lead holds this time. Skylar is coming in to try to finish it.
