I'm thinking of making the 7 hour drive from Denver and didn't know where I should get tickets from so that I can sit with other NT fans. I didn't see anything on the meangreensports.com website for out of town tix. Should I give the ticket office a call?

Also, who else is planning on making the trip...would be cool to hang out at a tailgate with some gmg.com peeps.

I am planning on going, along with, lady filmerj, tasty, and jimmerJammer, possibly a few more will join our parade through the little apple.

I've spent my last $$ attending bodybag games: Rice= yes LSU & KSU= no way

Ooh! What kind of parade?

Maybe the bug will make the trip?

Stranger things have happened.

I plan on being there...

You say that and then you experience a game like the famous UNT-Texas game in 1988 and then you are hooked on these big games. You never know when the upset might happen! If you ever get to see a game like that...when 70,000 fans get deathly quiet because the Mean Green is shocking the nation...you will change your tune.

I experienced a couple games like that at Tech back in '97 and '99 (is that right?). Only it was 50K fans...and I avoided heavy celebration until I got back to my car for safety's sake.

I was at both of those games....though seeing the years printed in your post only solidifies my position. Didn't totally realize that it's been 9, N-I-N-E, years since we've won a paycheck game. That is sickening to see in print.
