Winners will recognized at the APSE Southwest Region meetings June 19-20 in Houston.

John Erfort of the El Paso Times was the regional contest chairman.

Congrats to Brett.

I sure didn't realize that the DRC was under 20k in circulation - I would have thought it was larger.

A year ago, it was 13,209 daily, 16,028 Sunday. I don't know what it is now. But it's a really small paper, which is why Vito sometimes notes on his blog that he was busy laying out pages or whatever. It's even more reason to congratulate him on his achievements.
