This barely 4 year old learned this past weekend how to water ski. Which precedes me and any other adult in my family by 4 or 5 years at least. She had 3 points of motivation she used to encourage herself to ignore fatigue and the fact that because she's cold natured she was continuously shivering when the cold front hit Tuesday afternoon.

Her 3 points of motivation.

1. Sick of watching 7 year old brother skiing all over the place while being relagated to the aired-up inner tube thingy when it's her turn.

2. Her mother promised her a Polly Pocket if she succeeded in the feat of getting up and sustaining a certain distance.

3. Her Daddy told her it's the Mean Green way, to keep trying and never give up.

Most really aren't sure which one it was but personally I'm convinced it was the third point that did it. :D

Thats something to be proud of. I was 11 before I ever got up, and that was on a wake board.... dual Skis still elude me to this day.

Congratulations.
