The University of North Texas System (Owner) requests your firm’s qualifications for Engineering Services for the

analysis of drainage on the east side of former Radisson Hotel, located on the University of North Texas, Denton,

Texas Campus. Built in the early 1980’s on the south side of the Interstate I35 E, the current development is

located on a ridge overlooking several acres of undeveloped land. The property currently has several retention

ponds that help control the drainage on the property. The Owner is considering increasing the footprint of the

current development by approximately 6 acres. The Owner needs to determine the impact on the property and

adjacent neighborhood.

I. Scope of Services

A. The selected engineering firm will be responsible for analyzing the drainage on the east side of the

property. Such deliverables should include (but not limited to) an initial report of existing conditions and

impact if the Owner develops the property with possible courses of action to correct any deficiencies.
