There are just too many baseball leagues...I am just not sure how they expect to draw interest and draw enough revenue to survive and make a decent profit.

Especially with the Frisco Roughriders right down the road.

AGREED, but the "wooden bat league" is full of players still trying to "make it", and is great basic hard playing...some still play for the love of the game it seems to me and it was a Denton team...maybe that says something about it too..."A Denton" team, heck Denton has a hard time supporting UNT athletics!

I caught a few games last summer and thought it was great. Why drive all the way to Frisco and fight traffic, when I could be at a quality game starring a Denton team in 10 minutes and on the cheap. My boys loved it! I hope they figure out some way to bring them back.
