I did not see that this was previously posted... apologies if it had been posted before:

Brandon Jackson, a rookie receiver from North Texas, has everything the Bolts look for in an undrafted free agent: size (6'1", 208 pounds), productivity (79 catches for 784 yards last year) and untapped potential. He sits down with SDBoltReport.com's Michael Kranzler for an exclusive interview where he explains to Chargers fans why he's a keeper. LINK to interview.

Enjoy.

Anyone have access to the insiders stuff? I am intrigued by this comment

SDBoltReport.com's Michael Kranzler continues his interview with rookie receiver Brandon Jackson, this time for Insiders only. Jackson talks about making the big jump from North Texas, where he started out at safety and -- even after moving to offense -- never had an offensive playbook.

His first 3 years, it was just a pamphlet

I thought it was because he was just told to go deep every play to try to sell the pass....when everyone else in the stadium knew it would be a run. You don't need a playbook for that. :P

Maybe this is not all that unusual in college football. I guess I was surprised to read about what Darren McFadden had to say on the same subject.

On the playbook:

“It’s something different. They hand you a playbook with pens and highlighters in there with a notebook to take notes. That’s something you don’t get in college. If you want to take notes you have to come with your own stuff. So I knew it was serious once they handed a playbook out like that.”

Darren McFadden; difference between College and NFL football.
