Campos said he is an American citizen living in Brownsville. The U.S. Consulate could not immediately confirm that.

"We are looking into the incident in terms of whether American citizens were involved," consulate spokesman Todd Huizinga said.

Wow, I wonder what kind of punishment is in for this guy if he is a US citizen.

Hopefully a hanging noose, if they still do that in Mexico. If not, a bullet will work. Go ahead and do the same to that guy who killed the UNT student, as well.

Mexico does not have capital punishment, but like I have said before accidents can happen to guys like that. He could break his neck slipping off the toilet seat.
